Award-winning speaker from Indian River County featured at Saturday's Pink Tie luncheon in Port St. Lucie

PORT ST. LUCIE — Pink Tie benefit

Cynthia Krosky, award-winning speaker and president of Achieving Corporate Excellence, will deliver the keynote address at the third annual Pink Tie Friends’ Friendship Luncheon. The fundraising luncheon, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, in the Emerald Ballroom of City Center in Port St. Lucie, will help the nonprofit Pink Tie Friends fulfill its mission of assisting newly diagnosed breast cancer patients in Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties who are either uninsured or under-insured.

Krosky, a resident of Indian River County, has worked as a corporate manager and trainer, college professor, adventure-based facilitator, licensed clinical social worker, coach and consultant.

The luncheon will feature a diverse silent auction and gourmet buffet. Tickets are $45 per person and can be purchased by calling (772) 216-2082. Tickets also can be purchased at Woodhouse Day Spa on S.E. Indian Street in Stuart and at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center (cash only, please). Tables of 10 are available upon special request.
