I am...

the Chief Illuminator at the Firefly Group but am more formally known as the President and founder of the firm. In 2003, my goal was to create a company that would be the kind of place I always wanted to work at. Creativity, strategic thinking, teamwork and adaptability are not just buzzwords around here. It's the essence of how we operate.

Origins...

I was born and raised in Queens, New York and lived in Manhattan for about a decade before moving to Florida in 1993. Received a B.S. in Marketing and International Business from New York University, and a Masters in Environmental Resource Management from Florida Institute of Technology.

While in New York, I worked for such notable places as the National Audubon Society, the City of New York's Economic Development Division, the New York Landmark's Conservancy, and the Metlife Insurance Company's Corporate Contributions and Social Responsibility division.

Favorite thing about working at Firefly...

The team we've created and nurtured over the years and how the company continually evolves. And our clients. We have great clients!

Random tidbits...

I enjoy oil painting, travelling to National Parks with my family during summer vacations, hiking and kayaking (when time permits) and discovering old friends on Facebook.

I'm married to Rob Ranieri and am the proud mother of two highly intelligent, very talented and amusing children, Olivia and Nicholas. Rob insists the kids get their sense of humor from him, but I'm disputing that and plan to conduct a public opinion poll to settle our disagreement.
