Jill Borowicz, CEO of SafeSpace, will retire in June after 11 years of leadership during which the organization’s budget grew from $500,000 to $3.3 million and annual community fundraising increased to nearly $1 million. The SafeSpace board of directors has announced it will begin a search for a new chief executive while Borowicz assists with the transition.
