Reilly Weidner

Born and raised in Stuart, Florida, Reilly brings sharp strategy and creative energy to everything she does—from marketing to events to client relations. She is a master of digital media analytics and enjoys the challenges of responding to a variety of client needs. Reilly also serves as the Program Coordinator for one of Firefly’s oldest and dearest clients, Keep Martin Beautiful. She earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Management from Florida State University, where she also helped lead campus initiatives and brand development. Before Firefly, she shaped the voice of FSU’s Student Veterans Center and served on the Panhellenic Association Executive Board. Now, she’s all about elevating brands through smart strategy, standout events, and strong community connections.
